Special Visit..

Yesterday my Nana came to visit the kids. Even though we don't get to see her as much as we would like, they "take to her" like we spend every day with her. And it just touches a special place in my heart. From the time I was born till I was almost 10, I saw or spent time with my Nana on a weekly basis. At one point my brother and I even lived with her and my Grandfather for a short stint.

I never met any of my great-grandparents so, I think it is really special that my kids can know their Nana! The Bear found out how comfy Nana's lap is...that lap has held many kids while listening to many stories over the years. That lap has been a place of security and love to many little kids too!

Nana finally got herself a great-grandson! It took having 3 great-granddaughters first but he finally came along!
