If you have read my blog for any length of time you know I LOVE the Fall...I love the crisp cool mornings, sunny warm afternoons and chilly evenings. I practically throw my kids outside as soon as they are dressed and drag Mr. Hubby out to the porch after all the kids are in bed. To me this is what the weather in Heaven will be like! (without the bugs :)
Anyway, another favorite of fall is our trip to the pumpkin patch! There is a great farm here that really does a fantastic job of creating a great family outing. I decided this year to grab a picture of the kids as soon as we got there because everyone was in great moods and clean! HA
I love this picture of the girls on the "cow train" which is pulled by a riding lawn mower....it just goes to show that they are true southern girls! They loved it so much they rode it twice!
And Lily shocked me and Mr. Hubby when she hopped right into the man's arms and rode the pony with no fussing. I just knew that once she got on that pony the tears would start. But she was ecstatic! And so was I ...maybe she wont be fearful of everything new her entire life! As much as Bella has been our fearless one; Lily has made up for it for sure!
Here we are finally in the pumpkin patch and Daddy was helping find just the right pumpkin. Bella said later that she wished "All the pumpkin in the patch were pink!"
